Credit Card Fraud
Do not try it, it is more likely than not you will be caught. Minidigital has extensive experience in detecting and prosecuting perpetrators of credit card fraud. Unlinke most other websites, activity on this website and our payment gateway system is actively scrutinized manually and electronically before, during and after any transaction is processed. Every instance of attempted credit card fraud is vigorously followed up and reported to the relevant authorities whether the credit card transaction is successful or not. We will not ship any order until the identity of the credit card holder has been verified.
Stock Levels, Pricing and Availability
Please ensure you check availability or with us via email prior to placing your order, as your credit card will be charged upon placing your order. Stock levels are updated regularly, but they are not in realtime. Errors and omissions are expected in stock levels, images and product descriptions. Images are for illustration purposes. The actual product may vary slightly from that pictured. Pictures should not be relied on for accuracy. Whilst Minidigital takes care to ensure the accuracy of pictures, descriptions and availbility, pricing and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
ETA's by their nature are not always accurate. Minidigital relays estimated shipping times and arrival dates based on information from it's suppliers. Minidigital will not be liable for inaccurate ETA's or stock availability.
Warranty and Product Conditon.
All products listed on www.minidigital.com.au are new, with warranty, unless otherwise stated.
Service Terms and Conditions
1. All service jobs submitted are subject to a minimum assessment fee.
Mobile devices - $55.00 inc GST
Computers - $95.00 inc GST
An extra $10 is charged for liquid damaged items. No Warranty is offered on liquid damaged devices.
This fee is contribued to the labour charge of any repairs undertaken, it is not added to the repair total.
2. The repair of goods may result in loss of data, please ensure you have made a copy of any data saved on your goods.
3. In some circumstances, new parts may not be available and refurbisheed parts will be used for repair.
4. All Property must be collected within 14 days from the completion date. We will notify you when a job is completed. After completion property may be disposed of after 90 days at our option.
5. A demurrage fee of $1.10 inc GST per day applies to jobs that are collected after 14 days from the completion date.
6. We participate in the Microsoft Partner customer survey program. Please indicate to our staff if you do not wish
to participate in this survey (if applicable)
7. To track the status of your job at any time please logon to www.minidigital.com.au using your email address as the logon.
If you don't know your password, click "login", then the "forgotten your password?" link to have a password emailed to you.
Once logged in, you can change your password by clicking "my account" then "my details", then "change password".
8. We offer a 90 day warranty on all service repairs.
Limitation of Liability
Minidigital will not be liable for any damages or loss of profits whatsoever which result from any use or access of, this Website or any Content.
All orders are prepaid, unless otherwise pre-arranged. When ordering online, credit card is charged when you place your order. We accept the following forms of payment:
Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard (2%surcharge applies) American express (3% surcharge applies), money order, cheque, and direct deposit.
All items are shipped by signed courier, or priority mail unless otherwise specified. Prices listed on this website are not inclusive of shipping charges. Shipping charges are calculated after you enter your billing and shipping information. You will be able to view and change shipping options prior to entering credit card information. Shipping charges will then appear on the final checkout page. We generally take 24 to 48 hours to process and ship stock orders. For items that are not in stock in Australia at the time of purchase, we may ship goods directly from overseas, for the purpose of minimising transit times.
Priority Shipping Service Option
In the event this service is selected, your order will be escelated to the highest priority should stock not be available. Your order will still be prioritized, however, we cannot guarantee ETA's. This service is optional, irrespective of stock availability and is not refundable.
Shipping Errors and Delays
Minidigital will not be held responsible for mistakes made by carriers. Whilst we use quality carriers, errors, loss and damage may occur. We will not be liable for any errors, loss or damage in transit. Please ensure you provide a shipping address where someone is availlable during business hours to receive the goods.
All products are new, except parts for some Apple compatible part, which may be refurbished. Please check with us for clarification.
Returning Defective Merchandise
We will replace any defective merchandise purchased from MiniDigital within 7 days of the purchase date. Defective merchandise returned outside this period will carry normal warranty. Customers are urged to carefully check all goods carefully before leaving our premises. We will not, under any circumstance, exchange or issue refund on goods that are physically damaged. A $25.00 testing fee applies to each device that is returned damaged.
Orders that have not been dispatched and are cancelled by the customer within 14 days of cleared payment incur a cancellation fee of $33.00 or 15%, whichever is greater.
For All Returns
All returns must be pre-arranged through our returns department. When pre-arranging your return/exchange, you will be assigned a Return Authorisation Number (RA) which will be used to manage the return, exchange, or credit of your purchase. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation Number and a copy of your original payment receipt and tax invoice.
