Defects and faults due to manufacturing errors or omissions.
What our warranty does not cover
Physical damage, including microscopic damage, caused through mishandling, including, but not limited to, folded and torn flex cables, cracked glass, heat damage, scratches, ESD discharge, glue residue and items where modifications have been made. Physically damaged parts will incur a testing fee of $9.00 per item, or $25, whichever is higher.
Return Merchandise Authority Procedure
1. Please login to your account, click "My Account" then click "tickets" then click "create new job/claim"
2. Fill in your details and complete the form and return goods to us, with the claim number clearly written on the box, accompanied by original purchase documentation, such as a copy of your original tax invoice.
Packaging and Documentation Guidelines
Claims with inadequate documentation may result in a delay in the processing of your claim or lead to your claim being rejected completely. Faulty goods must be handled as if they are not faulty. Items that are received damaged will be rejected.Write the job number on the box, clearly.
Securely pack and seal boxes. Screens must be packed in their original packaging in order to prevent damage.
Handling Guidelines
Please handle faulty products as if they are not faulty.
ESD procedures must be observed when handling spare parts. We recommend the use of a grounding wrist strap.
