Can I ship multiple items on one order?

Yes, you can ship several goods on one order to save on shipping costs.

Can I pick up my order?

No, orders cannot be picked up. Minidigital operates online in order to reduce overheads. we pass this saving onto you, the customer.

Can I order a product that is not on this website?

If you are after a particular product, but you cant fiand it on our website, please email sales@minidigital.com.au and we will find it for you at a discounted price.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order, please email sales@minidigital.com.au. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, a restocking fee of 15% or $33.00 (whichever is greater) will be charged to cover the return of the goods to our supplier.

What is a CVV Number ?

CVV/CVV2 and CVC2 are programs that help validate that a genuine card is being used during a transaction.

Where can I find the CVV Number ?

The CVV number is a security code that is generally printed on the back of credit cards. The CVV number is printed on the signature panel on the back of Visa and MasterCard cards and appears in reverse italic immediately following your card account number.

On American Express cards, it is a four digit number printed on the front of the card, usually on the right hand side, just above your embossed account number.

While on Bankcard it can be found below the barcode on the rear.
