Stock levels, Pricing and Availability
Please choose carefully. Please ensure you check availability or pricing with us via email prior to placing your order, as your credit card will be charged upon placing your order. Stock levels are updated regularly, but they are not in realtime. Errors and omissions are expected in stock levels, images and product descriptions. Images are for illustration purposes. The actual product may vary from that pictured. Pictures should not be relied on for accuracy. Whilst Minidigital takes care to ensure the accuracy of pictures, descriptions, pricing and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
ETA's
ETA's by their nature are not always accurate. Minidigital's ecommerce system automatically relays estimated shipping times and arrival dates based on information from it's suppliers. Minidigital will not be liable for inaccurate ETA's or stock availability.
Warranty
All products listed on www.minidigital.com.au are new, with warranty. Extended warranty plans are available on selected products. Nokia and Sony Ericsson mobile phones are imported and carry a return to base warranty, which is handled by minidigital directly.
Credit card fraud
DO NOT TRY IT, it is more likely than not you will be caught and prosecuted. Minidigital has extensive experience in detecting and prosecuting perpetrators of credit card fraud. Unlinke most other websites, activity on this website and our payment gateway system is actively scrutinized manually and electronically before, during and after any transaction is processed. Every instance of credit card fraud is vigorously followed up and reported to the relevant authorities whether the credit card transaction is successful or not.
Duty Free
You can claim the duty and GST component of any purchase made at minidigital.com.au within 30 days of the purchase when you leave the country. You can contact customs information on 1300 363 263 for more information.

Minidigital will not be liable for any damages or loss of profits whatsoever which result from any use or access of, this Website or any Content.
Payment Information
All orders are prepaid, unless otherwise pre-arranged. When ordering online, credit card is charged when you place your order. We accept the following forms of payment:
Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard (2%surcharge applies) American express (3% surcharge applies), money order, cheque, and direct deposit.
Shipping Information
All items are shipped by signed courier. Prices listed on this website are not inclusive of shipping charges. Shipping charges are calculated after you enter your billing and shipping information. You will be able to view and change shipping options prior to entering credit card information. Shipping charges will then appear on the final checkout page. We generally take 24 to 48 hours to process and ship stock orders.
Shipping Errors
Minidigital will not be held responsible for mistakes made by couriers, whilst we use quality carriers, errors may occur. Please ensure you provide a shipping address where someone is availlable during business hours to receive the goods.
Cancellations and Changes
Please choose carefully. The customer may cancel an order that has not shipped at any time. A $25 cancellation fee applies to orders cancelled within 30 days of order creation. A $25 processing charge applies to order changes. A 25% restocking fee applies to orders cancelled after dispatch. Minidigital reserves the right to cancel any order at any time at it's own discretion. A full refund will be given on orders cancelled at the discretion of Minidigital. Mobile phones are sold on a non return basis.
Return Policy
Returning Defective Merchandise
We will replace any defective merchandise purchased from MiniDigital within 7 days of the purchase date. Defective merchandise returned outside this period will carry normal warranty.
Returning Non-defective Merchandise
Non-defective unopened merchandise can be returned within 7 days for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee, or credit towards another purchase from MiniDigital. Goods sold on a non return basis cannot be returned. All mobile phones are sold on a non return basis.
For All Returns
All returns must be pre-arranged through our returns department All returns or exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of the purchase date. When pre-arranging your return/exchange, you will be assigned a Return Authorisation Number (RA) which will be used to manage the return, exchange, or credit of your purchase. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation Number. Shipping charges are non-refundable on any purchase from Minidigital. The buyer is responsible for shipping all merchandise back to our location for returns or exchanges.
